These terms apply to pixelreality.us and the private demo, run by Pixel Reality Corp. ("we"). By using them, you agree to these terms. Our app PixelNet is covered by the App Store's terms and its own privacy policy.
Our products are in development
Pixel.Reality is still being built. The film, the demo and everything described on this site are previews. Features, timelines and plans can change, and nothing here is an offer to sell a product.
Private demo access
The demo password is for you and the people we've invited. Don't publish it. We may change the password or end access at any time.
AI-written stories
What-if stories are written by AI. They're fictional, made for reflection and fun, and can be inaccurate or unexpected. If the birth year you enter shows you're 18 or older, stories can include mature themes such as loss, regret or conflict. They aren't advice of any kind. Don't enter sensitive personal information, information about other people without their permission, or anything you wouldn't want processed by our AI provider.
Using the site fairly
Don't use the site or demo to break the law or harm anyone, to create abusive or hateful content, to get around the password, limits or security, or to overload, scrape or copy the service.
Our content
The site, the film, the pixel worlds, the text, and the Pixel.Reality and PixelNet names belong to Pixel Reality Corp. You're welcome to view them and share links to them. Don't copy or republish them without our permission.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Other websites
Links to other sites are for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
To the extent the law allows, the site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pixel Reality Corp. isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demo, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
